TEX4YUA – Sustainable Excellence for Ukrainian Youth in the Textile and Apparel Industry

The TEX4YUA project is implemented within the Swedish Institute SI Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme

Project implementation period is 2 years (from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2025).

Project aim is to provide Ukrainian students, early-career teachers, and young workers in the textile industry with knowledge, skills and innovative thinking in the field of textiles to become competitive in the international market. The project also aims to promote innovation and provide teaching staff with advanced pedagogical methods and research approaches.

Project tasks:

- increasing the interest of youth in programs aimed at the development of the textile industry in Ukraine;

- empowerment of youth involved in the textile industry in Ukraine;

- creation of an online platform for sharing resources and comprehensive educational materials;

- strengthening cooperation between partners;

- preparation of new applications for funding from the EU to ensure future support for the development of young specialists in the textile industry in Ukraine.
