Gamification on Entrepreneurial Skills Development
 

Project Business games: Gamified professional development for creative young entrepreneurs was implemented within the framework of the program "Grants for personal projects in the field of youth work" with the financial support of the House of Europe and the European Union.

 

The project implementation period is from February 2022 to August 2022.

Project aim is to develop and conduct an approbation of a training course on the development of business and entrepreneurial skills for young people - representatives of cultural and creative industries based on the gamification method.

 

Project tasks

1. Get acquainted with the best professional practices of the Business School of the University of Bedfordshire regarding the use of gamification in educational and training activities.

2. Under the direct consultation and guidance of Dr. Kofinas, develop a gamified training course “Business games: Gamified professional development for creative young entrepreneurs”.

3. Conduct a training event for managers of cultural or creative businesses (groups), or those who are already working on turning their talent into a creative business.
